30 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
1 Rope Climb (15')
30 Overhead Squats (95/65)
1 Rope Climb (15')

*Wear long socks or sweat pants to cover your legs for the Rope Climbs, so you don't tear up your ankles and shins. If you can't do Rope Climbs, you will pull yourself up into a standing position, from a seated position, three times per Rope Climb, as a substitute on the rope.
