Push Jerk 1RM
Work up to a heavy load, then go for a new personal best in the Push Jerk. You may take the bar from a rack, and you may also use either a straight Push Jerk, or you can go with the Split Jerk. Whichever you use will be up to you, but keep in mind that you're trying for a PR today... and we just put up new records boards... no pressure. :-)
