Take 10-15 Mins To Work On Handstand Push Up & Handstand Walk Progressions...

STRENGTH OR ENDURANCE (DEPENDING ON YOUR ABILITIES):
Perform Two STRICT UNDERHAND Pull Up Sets To Complete Failure With Exactly 2 Minutes Rest Between Sets... Try To Use As Little Band Or No Band As Needed, But Make Sure You Get At Least 8 Reps Per Set

WORKOUT:
50 Hand Release Burpees
* 5 Min Cutoff *
(Each Burpee Not Completed Is A Hill Sprint Up & Down Behind The Building, MUST BE DONE IMMEDIATELY AFTER!)
