*Work up to approx. 60-70% of your 1RM Push Press, if able, for these three reps. The Heaving Snatch Balance is started behind the neck, finished overhead with a Snatch grip, and may be taken from a rack.

Power Snatch
1-1-1-1-1

*Progressive sets; attempt to get a little heavier each set, working towards your previous 1RM Power Snatch. The Snatch will be taken from the floor.
