WORKOUT:
"Strict Nicole"
400m Run
Max Rep STRICT UNDERHAND Pull Ups
* As Many Rounds & Total Pull Up Reps As Possible In 20 Minutes *

After Completing The 400m Run Perform As Many STRICT Pull Up Reps As Possible... Once You Fail To Get Your Chin Over The Bar OR You Drop Off The Bar Your Set Is Over For That Round & You Will Start Your 400m Run For The Next Round Then Another Set Of Max Rep Pull Ups And So On For 20 Minutes...

Use A Band For This One If You Can't Get At Least 3 Reps Each Round No Matter How Tired You Get...

Roger 5 rds plus a dam extra RUN as if 5 were not enough also got 38 pull ups with grn and rd band
