lexis don't be so hard on yourself you are just getting started with this stuff there will be better days ahead for you if you keep working at it.
A big Fat DNF for me that was brutal workout but tried to get through it, but still had 5 kipping pull ups and all 10 push press to do when the beep sounded. used #53 G@R band. Dammit anyway to many breathing rests AGAIN
