50 Back Squats (75#/53#)
40 Med Ball Slams (20#/14#)
30 Push Presses (75#/53#)
40 Front Squats (75#/53#)
30 Jumping Pull Ups
20 Push Presses (75#/53#)
30 Overhead Squats (75#/53#)
20 Kipping Pull Ups
10 Push Presses (75#/53#)
* Bar Must Be Taken From The Floor For All Squats And Push Presses *
(18 Minute Cutoff)

WEIGHT SCALE OPTIONS, IF NEEDED
Option #1 - 65#/43#
Option #2 - 55#/33#
Option #3 - 45#/25#

DNF - 7 short on PP
Wasted too much valuable time on OH squat, I needed more time for PU's

lexis don't be so hard on yourself you are just getting started with this stuff there will be better days ahead for you if you keep working at it.

A big Fat DNF for me that was brutal workout but tried to get through it, but still had 5 kipping pull ups and all 10 push press to do when the beep sounded. used #53 G@R band. Dammit anyway to many breathing rests AGAIN
