WORKOUT:
"Hope WOD"

You Will Have ONE MINUTE To Complete As Many Reps As Possible At The Following Stations Before Moving IMMEDIATELY To The Next When "Rotate" Is Called... Keep A Running Tally Of Your Total Reps For All Five Movements Then REST One Minute Before Starting Over Again For TWO More Rounds For A Total Of THREE Rounds For The WOD... Here Are The Exercises To Be Completed For The Hope WOD:
#1 Burpees
#2 Power Snatches (53#/75#)
#3 Box Jumps (20"/24")
#4 Barbell Thrusters (53#/75#)
#5 Chest To Bar Pull Ups

These Are Relatively Light Weights, But The Rep Volume Will Be High So Those That Want To Scale Can Do So, If Needed... We Will Run This Is A Waterfall Type Set Up So We Can Keep The Exercise Order The Same, But Still Get More People Involved In This WOD... We Will Start Promptly At 9AM & 9:30AM So Try To Get In A Little Earlier To Do Any Personal Mobility Work...
