In Teams Of 2 Complete The Following

10 Rounds For Time:

Sprint 100 Feet (50' & back)
Crab Walk 100 Feet (50' & back)
Bear Crawl 100 Feet (50' & back)
Long Jump 100 Feet (50' & back)

*You and your partner will alternate rounds, completing 5 each.
*For the Long Jumps: For every 5 Long Jumps, you will perform 3 Burpees. It will be to your advantage to make the Long Jumps count. Don't forget to wear your CFH shirts!!!
