Our parking lot will be under construction today, so we thought this would be the perfect day (should be a break in the crazy heat, too) to have a group WOD in Stinson Park in Aksarben Village.
We will meet at the concert stage on the west end of the park, do a quick group warm up then get things going! Don't forget, wash your CrossFit Hydro shirts, so you can rock them at the park. Let's represent CFH!
