POWER ENDURANCE: 25 Minutes
Before completing the following barbell movements you must first perform a 100m Sprint followed by 50 Double Unders OR 100 Single Unders
1 SQUAT Snatch (Try to immediately pull into a full squat)
3 Hang SQUAT Cleans
5 Deadlifts
Rest exactly 3 minutes between each round... Perform FIVE total rounds, but move the barbell weight up each round trying to get as heavy as possible by the final round...
WORKOUT: 2 Minutes
As Many Reps As Possible Of Toes 2 Bar In 2 Minutes
