2 Hill Runs Over & Back (Guys-Taller Side/Gals-Shorter Side)
25 KB Swings (53/35)
*We will set up orange cones, so you will be able to see exactly where you need to cross for your Hill Runs to be legit. Your Kettlebell will remain behind the starting line, behind some of the cones, and you will do your KB Swings behind the starting line for the Hill Runs.
