Then, a little movement Joe will be familiar with... :-)
Bench Press

You will have 3 sets for Bench Press, and only 3 sets, to set a new 3RM.
*If you need do banded Pullups, make them difficult, as it's a strength day. LOG YOUR RESULTS!
