ADDITIONAL GAMES TRAINING STARTING SOON... READ UP!!

Games training is starting earlier this year!

For those of you interested in competing in the Open next year AND those of you looking to just get better at the Olympic lifts, Squatting, Etc we are offering additional strength & skill sessions starting around th end of this month (Aug 25th or Sept 1st)

These sessions will run twice a week with you having THREE days to try to get those two additional training sessions in... We will probably offer the following schedule for these: Sun@11am or 2pm, Tuesday @ 7pm, Thursday @ 7:30pm... These sessions will be IN ADDITION to attending regular class WODs each week...

We are also zeroing each one of your training programs in this year... You will have specific weakness work to practice based on what you "SUCK AT" and what is most likely to show up in the Open along with working specific aspects of the Olympic lifts that you aren't the best at also (Ex. speed under the bar... Tall cleans, etc)...

Because of this there will be a small additional charge to do these on top of your regular membership dues... Here's what we have come up with:
- 1 Month (Month to Month) - $80
- 3 Month Commitment - $175
- Whole Games Season (About 6 months) - $250

We hope to get as many people as possible trying the Open this season because it helps bring our gym closer and allows you a test to see how much stronger and fitter you have gotten in the last 12 months...

ALSO... We are opening this training up to anyone else in the area that may be a garage gym Crossfitter or globo gym Crossfitter that may want some help with any of the gymnastics or lifting movements we use in Crossfit with the goal of competing in the Open or just getting better!
