SATURDAY WORKOUT... @ ELMWOOD PARK!

OFF SITE WOD TODAY AT ELMWOOD PARK!


Dont forget we will have ONE BIG CLASS starting at 9AM sharp at the softball fields in the middle of Elmwood... Try to get there a little early so we can start on time...

In Groups of TWO:

Partner Relay Run (100 Yds & Bk, 50 & Bk, 25 & Bk)
(Each partner must complete each run distance)
150 KB Swings (70#/53#)
(Spread the reps between the two of you)
Partner Wheelbarrow Walks (50 Yds & Bk, 25 & Bk)
(One partner walks out & the other walks back)
100 Weighted Burpee Reverse Lunges (25#/15#)
(Spread the reps, Burpee then hold plate & reverse lunge on each leg counts as ONE REP)
Backward Crab Walk Relay (25 Yds & Bk)
(Each partner must go down & back)
50 Double Unders Each (1 partner at a time)
One Final Partner Relay (100 Yds & Bk only)
(Again, each partner completes the run distance)

(35 minute time cap)
