SATURDAY WORKOUT

Everyone's favorite movement... Overhead Squats... PLUS Burpees! :)

WORKOUT:
Perform the following for 6 total rounds for TIME & MAX LOAD...
10 Lateral Barbell Jump Burpees (Has to be a two footed jump, not a prance ;))
1 Overhead Squat (No Rack Allowed)(Start around 80% of your best OH Squat OR 90% Snatch)
* There will be a 60 second time cap for each round and a 3 minute rest period between each round for you to decide how much weight you would like to add onto the barbell...

If you don't think you will have enough time after 10 Burpees to get an OH Squat in then you can scale down to 8 or 6 Burpees...

Since you can't use a rack on this one then you have two options to get the barbell into position...
1.) You can snatch it
OR
2.) You can clean it then push press it, rack it behind your head, reset your hands into a snatch grip then push press or push jerk it overhead, then squat...

If you're relatively new, we would like you to scale down the Burpee reps and go for a 3-5 rep max on overhead squat instead of 1 rep, but you still have a 60 second time cap for each round...
