SUNDAY WORKOUT

Time to get back to it!

The open is just 12 days away!!

WORKOUT:

Open WOD 13.1 (sort of)

Complete as many reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
10 Burpees Over Barbell (Lateral Jumps & MUST be TWO LEGGED jumps)
30 Snatches (45#/75#)(Start around 50% of your best Snatch 1RM)
20 Burpees Over Barbell
25 Snatches (73#/135#)(Use around 65%)
30 Burpees Over Barbell
20 Snatches (100#/165#)(Use around 75%)
40 Burpees Over Barbell
15 Snatches (120#/210#)(Use around 85%)
50 Burpees Over Barbell
10 Snatches (133#/225#)(Use around 90-95%)

Try to round to weights that make your weight changes (which MUST be on your own) fast and easy and focus on at least 90% PERFECT TECHNIQUE under fatigue...

We will take some time early on to work some snatch technique review before heat 1 goes...
