Mess with HSPUs for 10-15 minutes on the wall...

POWER:
Push Jerk (Use a rack)
* Work up to a heavy weight for just 1 rep in 10-15 minutes
(60%x3, 70%x2, 80%x1-2, 85%x1, 90%x1, 90-95%x1)

WORKOUT:
Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes:
3 Burpee Barbell Jumps
3 Front Squats (65#/100#)
6 Burpee Barbell Jumps
6 Front Squats (65#/100#)
9 Burpee Barbell Jumps
9 Front Squats (65#/100#)
12 & 12, 15 & 15, 18 & 18... Continue this pattern...

COOL DOWN:
10 minute bike or row
