THURSDAY WORKOUT

Conditioning:

5 Rounds, Each For Time:
500m Row

*6 Minutes per round. The faster you Row, the more rest you get. Try to stay as close as you can to the time you establish on your first 500m Row. Fellas, you should be shooting for close to 1:30 (under if you can manage); ladies, you should be shooting for close to 1:50 (again, under if you can manage).


Extra Mobility:
Don't skip this!!!
Whatever is feeling sticky, or tight, mobilize and stretch it with any remaining leftover time. Use the floss bands, lacrosse balls, and rollers to help loosen up.
