In groups of 2...
400m Run (Must run this one together)
PICK JUST ONE...
60 Push Ups, 50 Strict (Men) OR Kipping Pull Ups (Women), 40 Toes 2 Bar, 30 Strict HSPUs OR 20 Ring Muscle Ups
** Once PARTNER 1 breaks during their set they must run a dumpster run as a penalty, but once they return PARTNER 2 begins where PARTNER 1 left off... If they fail to finish the rest of the reps for this first set then they will run another penalty and PARTNER 1 will be back up again once they return from the run)
400m Run (Again, must run as a team)
PICK THE SAME MOVEMENT AS ROUND 1...
40 Push Ups, 35 Strict (Men) OR Kipping Pull Ups (Women), 30 Toes 2 Bar, 20 Strict HSPUs OR 15 Ring Muscle Ups
** Same runs apply... Alternate partners once a partner returns from their penalty run...
400m Run (Like before... Run this together)
LAST TIME...
30 Push Ups, 25 Strict (Men) OR Kipping (Women), 20 Toes 2 Bar, 15 Strict HSPUs OR 10 Muscle Ups
MUST FINISH BY RUNNING TO BLACKTOP & BACK...
