WORKOUT:
Double Tabata Mash Up!
- You will work for :40 and rest/transition for :20
#1 Squat Clean Wall Ball (20-30#/35#-50#)
#2 KB Swings (35#/53#)(Scale up if your dare!)
#3 Burpee Box Jump Overs (16"/20")(Lower heights so move fast!)
#4 REST
* Move through this entire cycle FOUR total times for MAX REPS at each exercise!
