MONDAY WORKOUT

Some of you did the Omaha Marathon yesterday, so I don't expect you'll be in today (*hint...hint*). As for the rest of you, who did not participate in a marathon yesterday...

With a 30 minute running clock:

4 Rounds of:
800m Run
Rest 4 Minutes

*Mark your times for each 800m Run, and try to stay as consistent as possible. Note your time as you come in from your Run, and start your next run 4 minutes after get in from your last one.

DIdn't warm up, just jogged not bad for being ill for a week or so and old!

I was afraid to come in... I knew I wouldn't finish in time. Did it at the park by my house.
