Some of you did the Omaha Marathon yesterday, so I don't expect you'll be in today (*hint...hint*). As for the rest of you, who did not participate in a marathon yesterday...
With a 30 minute running clock:
4 Rounds of:
800m Run
Rest 4 Minutes
*Mark your times for each 800m Run, and try to stay as consistent as possible. Note your time as you come in from your Run, and start your next run 4 minutes after get in from your last one.
