WORKOUT:
10 Burpee Pull Ups (Any style Pull Up permitted)(No bands... Do jumping PU, if needed)
31 Box Jumps (20"/24")(Step Ups are allowed, full extension on top of the box)
14 Ground 2 Overhead (Can Snatch OR Clean & Jerk)(63#/95#)(Scale to 60% best 1RM Jerk)
* 3 Rounds For Time *
(15 minute cutoff)
As stated in the workout, you WILL NOT be able to use bands on this one... If you can't kip or do strict without a band we will set up a box to jump off of to assist you during your pull ups...
