SUNDAY WORKOUT

KETTLEBELLSSSSSSS......

POWER:
Every 90 seconds for 6 rounds perform the following:

2 Power Snatches @ 80% 1RM
(Drop between EVERY REP)

WORKOUT:
"KB DT"
Using a 26-35# KB for Ladies OR a 44-53# KB for Guys perform the following for as many rounds plus reps as possible in SIX MINUTES:

12 RIGHT ARM KB Sumo Deadlift (Must touch the KB between your feet)
9 RIGHT ARM KB Hang Power Clean (Perform like a swing, but catch at shoulder)
6 RIGHT ARM KB Push Press OR Jerk
12 LEFT ARM KB Sumo Deadlift
9 LEFT ARM KB Hang Power Clean
6 LEFT ARM KB Push Press OR Jerk

The goal is to get through 3+ rounds for this one or more during the six minute time frame so scale your weights accordingly...
