18 Toes 2 Bar
15 Med Ball Slams (25-30/35-50#)
12 DB Hang POWER Cleans (30-40's/45-55's)
9 Box Jumps (24"/30")(MUST STEP DOWN EACH REP)
6 STRICT Chin Ups (Chest 2 Bar, If Possible)
3 Wall Walks
