FRIDAY WORKOUT

Fun Friday with strongman stuff. Carrying stuff, picking up stuff, and handling stuff. :-)

We will have a few stations set up for you to try your hand at some heavy-ish Yolk Carries, Farmer's Walks, and picking up the Atlas Stones.


Yolk Carries - See how much you can carry for 20', set the yolk down, and turn around an carry it back 20'.

Farmer's Walks - Same distance as the Yolk Carries: 20' and back. See how long you can hang on.

Atlas Stones - Which stone can you safely get to your shoulder?
