SATURDAY WORKOUT

Team day!!

WORKOUT:
In groups of 2-3 perform the following for as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes:
1000m Row OR Run
80 HAND RELEASE Push Ups
60 KB/DB Bent Over Rows (20-35#/35-53#)
40 Wall Ball (14#/20#)(10 feet & 11 feet)
200 Single Leg Jumps with a Jump Rope (Switch after every 10 jumps per leg)
10 Jumping Bar Muscle Ups (Make these tough and as high as you can)

Trade off whenever you like with you partner on this one!
