POWER:
Push Press - Work up to a heavy, but NOT MAXIMAL 3 rep UNBROKEN set
* You can pause at the top, but must immediately perform the next rep as the bar returns to your shoulder

15-20 minutes for this one... Start conservative & work up slowly...

WORKOUT:
9 Toes 2 Bar
6 Hang Power Snatches (93#/135#)(60-65% 1RM Snatch)
3 Overhead Squats (93#/135#)
* 5 Rounds *
(8 minute cutoff)

Do the best you can to keep your T2B height consistent if you aren't quite there yet!

7:20 45# (@ 75% of 1RM snatch. Didn't feel too bad during warmup so went a higher)

(17, 14, 13 last time... 8 rep improvement)
Alternating pistols x 10 perfect reps
Strict HSPUs- 26 (All time PR), 20, 14
(21, 15, 13 last time... 11 rep improvement)
... Super happy about these...

Power Clean 3RM... Quick jumps and I kind of paid for it :$
135,225,245,255,265x1... Just felt off :$

Back Squat 3x2 @ 100% old 1RM (315)
- Got them all but felt heavy

4:26... All unbroken, but the last snatch was getting rough to hold.. Forearm cramp!!! ;)
