In group of 2 or 3, sharing the workload however you want, perform the following:
800m Run OR Row (Depending on weather and preference)
50 Russian KB Swings (35#/53#)
30 Hand Release Push Ups (Knees Allowed, If Needed)
* 5 Rounds For Time *
(35 minute cutoff)
Bring on the volume! :)
