WORKOUT:
In groups of 2-3 perform the following for max rounds in 25 minutes:
100m Run
15 Med Ball Slams (25-30#/35-50#)
20 Calorie Row
30 Double Unders OR Single Unders only if you can't do DUs

Can any group get 8 rounds OR more??
