150' KB/DB Farmer's Carry (50-55's/60-70's)
10 Burpee Box Jumps (20"/24")
* As many rounds as possible in 6 minutes *

Messed around with a high box squat (12"+45#+15# bumpers)
- Set the height where I started my hip shift due to the right knee

Sets of 5 going super slow the work on not shifting to the right at all... Lots of sets

Push Jerk x 1 (Kept more conservative bc if the right hip shift)(225,245,255)

Think this one would be a ton harder with a partner bc you would go harder knowing there was rest coming compared to by yourself which felt more like a distance run instead of interval sprints...
