POWER:
Using a rack perform the following complex:
2 Front Squats + 1 Push Jerk + 1 Split Jerk
* Work up to a challenging load and perform it for 3 total sets
Aiming for 90% or so of your best Overhead 1RM...
PULL POWER:
3 Snatch Grip High Pulls (No catch just lift off and jump + high elbows)
* Work up to 80-90% of your best 1RM Snatch for 3 total sets of 3 reps
ASSISTANCE WORK:
Barbell Good Mornings (Light weights only)
3 sets of 15-20 reps
ss w/
Weighted RKC Planks
3 sets of :20-:30 each set
