*You will have time to warm up for each lift. You will only get 3 tries at each of the lifts, to establish your 1RM for that lift. Your score is the total of your best attempt from each lift, added together. Let's establish some numbers for the boards, and for future workouts... Get into the gym today guys!!!

PR on all lifts 125 press, 225 back squat, and best of all, wait for it ... 335 deadlift up from 265!
