* Perform 1 Bodyweight OR Light Band Assisted Set Of 5 Reps Before Seeing How Heavy You Can Go For A Set Of Three Reps OR Find The Least Amount Of Band Assistance To Complete Three Consecutive Reps

Do A Work Set Every 2:30 Minutes
