Toes2Bar - Go 1 rep higher per minute than you did last week, OR stay at the same number if you almost didn't get your last round, because we are adding 1 minute.

Row - Total Meters Rowed
Box Jumps (24/20) - Total Completed Jumps

*You must alternate movements every round, and switch in and out of the Rower every other round, so move quick!!!
