WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

STRENGTH: 
Front Squat
1-1-1-1-1-1-1

We Will Work Up To The First Set Of 1 Using One Set Of 5 Reps @ 60% Of Your Current Best Front Squat, One Set Of 3 Reps @ 70%, Then Two Sets of 2 Reps @ 80 & 85%... From There It's As Heavy As Possible For 7X1... If You Can Go For A New Personal Best, Then Try For It Otherwise Just Get Some Training Volume Over 90% Of Your Max...

WORKOUT/RE-TEST 
50 Burpee Pull Ups (Jumping, Strict OR Kipping)
* 10 Minute Cutoff *

Back Squat (No Box)
5-5-5-5-5
* Go for a personal bests today, but also work on really firing your posterior chain (low back, glutes, hamstrings) to move the load

WORKOUT: 
50 Hand Release Burpee Pull Ups (Kipping Or Jumping)
* Perform the exact same version as last time and see how much fitter and faster you have become since then

"The Health Lift"
Deadlift
3X5 (Around 83-85% 1RM)
* These are three challenging but doable weights working on maintaining midline stability and proper positioning as you fatigue plus the bar must be re-gripped after each rep


WORKOUT:
50 Full Burpee Pull Ups
(Kipping or Jumping)(Higher Bar Setting)(Hands Release At The Bottom)
