Time to get our comp on!!
We are looking for a small Crossfit competition to get the gym involved in either as teams or compete individually all at the same event...
AND...
We are looking to organize another Olympic Lifting meet on August 2nd or 10th with all the gyms from Omaha participating... We will have a sign up board for the meet at the gym soon!!
AND...
Despite the weather and location issues we had a great turnout for the WOD we had off site a week ago so we will be having another one at a different location sometime in mid-July... Post any of your ideas or thoughts on where to comments!
