MONDAY WORKOUT

Let's play with some of the seldom used toys so you guys know how to use them...

STRENGTH/CORE/ABS/FUN:
We will divide each class into three groups based on relative strength level...

After a quick 8-10 minute warm up and 2-3 minute technique explanation on each piece of equipment you will have FIFTEEN MINUTES ONLY AT EACH STATION (45 minutes total) to find the MAX LOAD you can do for the following THREE MOVEMENTS... You can put the axle/yoke down ONE TIME during the 50 foot distance...

Movement #1 - 50 Foot Yoke Walk
(That's about six floor mats traveling from marker board to the garage doors & back)

Movement #2 - 50 Foot Axle Bar Overhead Walk
(Must Clean & Press or Jerk the bar into position then walk with the bar locked out overhead)

Movement #3 - 50 Foot Double Axle Farmers Carry
(Use the Farmers Carry Handles & NO clips... Work on balance & grabbing the bar evenly so weights don't slide off)

There will be videos posted on the Facebook page of each movement so check them out if you want a preview of what's coming...

Go ahead and use a belt when you start to get really heavy on each of these movements...

POST YOUR THOUGHTS ON THESE THREE MOVEMENTS & HOW HEAVY YOU LOADED EACH TO COMMENTS
