SOME REMINDERS... READ UP!

We will have NO CLASSES ON SATURDAY...

We have 30 members competing in the last installment of our Hydro/402/Artis competition at Crossfit Artis from 9am until 1 or so...

You are all welcome to come and watch & cheer your community on during the event!

Crossfit Artis is located between Blondo & Maple down 120th Street & things will get going at 9am!

FOR THOSE OF YOU THAT ARE COMPETING...

Try to get to Crossfit Artis between 8:15-8:30AM tomorrow morning and be ready to start at 9am sharp!

Make sure to bring your jump rope if you you have your own... I'll bring a few along a few with some belts, but make sure to bring whatever else you need...
