READ THIS FOR TOMORROW!!

If you guys are doing the meet tomorrow then I need to know your opening weights ASAP... Post them to comments if you haven't put them on the board yet!

PLEASE TRY TO GET THERE BY 8:30AM

We will start with the snatch for the women then the clean & jerk for the women... The men will follow after that...

It will be a $2 buy in... This money will be used as payout for the top 3 places in each division...

All friends and family are welcomed to come watch and cheer everyone on! We also need some volunteers to help with changing bar weights and judging...

We have about 30 members lifting, but if you're still interested in trying the meet email us ASAP and we can squeeze you in!
